Grow Younger
"Grow Younger" A Movement initiated by Mala Mansukhani to help elderly women ideally 50+ to holistically develop their body and mind by physical workout, yoga, meditation and motivates everyone to eat healthily.
Mala is very passionate about Yoga, running, chess, badminton and trying something out of the box.
Her goal is to spread the message of celebrating healthy happy life. In her own words, "The reason I exercise is for the quality of life I enjoy!" All problems are stuck between mind and matter and If you don't mind, It does not matter. Watch The Video

Mala's health had hit turbilence many times and there was no one there to guide her right, resolving her mission "to spread the goodness of healthy living and exercise" by teaching easy steps to impact people's lives positively and drastically.

Mala participates in ramp walks to promote fitness and to enlighten women to eat healthily & eat right. She aims to touch lives of numeous women and make them healthy.
